Contact at Last!

This letter was received  earlier this morning. We decided it was urgent to show it to the citizens of Montrifia.

Dear Mr. Toomack,

I have some some fantabulous news! I have known that you have been following me for sometime, and I figured it was a matter of time before either I told you, or you found out yourself, but I am the new owned of the asylum.

I would prefer if you mentioned the warehouse/asylum as the Rave Cave for now on. I have remodeled it into a hip and new hang out for all ages to enjoy. It will have many competitions and even host the wonderful Glamour of Hearts band! It shall be open on weekends starting this Friday, or tonight at 7 o’clock. I would be honored if you could arrive as well as many of your friends.

Enough about the Rave Cave and onto me. I am sure many of you and your friends have heard about me many times in the past, I am the Legendary and Mysterious, Mr. Gloumar, part-time teacher and Lamppost hunter extraordinaire! I have traveled the world of Pennicia for quite some time and I am even a verteran of the Great War! My current goals in life are to make sure everyone has some fun in their life, and to defeat my arch nemesis, Lord Vivian!

Thank you and I do hope to see you soon Mr. Toomack!

Tah Tah for Now!,

Mr. Gloumar

You have read it from us first folks! Mr.Gloumar, Legendary Lamppost Hunter Extraordinaire has returned! I hope to see you all at the Rave Cave at its opening tonight!

In the words of Mr.Gloumar himself,

“Tah Tah for Now!”

Asylum Finally Sold!

Rave Cave

After two whole decades since this building first went up for sale, it has finally sold!

Some history…

This asylum was once the famous Roovenhoft China Shoppe. No where in the world of Pennicia could you find a better piece of china! Business was booming, well that is up until the Great War. The three Roovenhoft boys were sent to war against Lalt and only when news returned that they had died did the Shoppe finally close. It was empty and used as a warehouse for a while. When Lalt attacked Montrifer on the Violet Night, it was ransacked and everything was stolen from within. It was oddly the only building left standing in Montrifer after that night.

The Roovenholfts did not let losing their possessions get to them. They quickly recovered, that is until nearly three years after the news that their children had been killed. Katherine Roovenholft became very ill and after several months, passed away.

Walter Roovenholft was now losing his mind. All of his family and loved ones were out of his life. To protect the outside world from himself, he turned his warehouse into an insane asylum. Here he lived for the next thirty years. Others who stayed here and caretakers were interviewed and all stated that Mr. Roovenholft blamed himself for his families death.

After living out thirty years of pain and sorrow, Walter Roovenholft passed away in his sleep on the second floor. Being the last of the Roovenholft heir, the asylum was put up for sale. Everyone knowing the tale of the Roovenholfts, avoided the asylum and said that his spirit haunted it now, and would kill anyone who dare take his last possession away from him.

No one knows who exactly bought out this asylum. Whoever they are, they are either very brave, dumb, or may not even know the tale at all! We will keep you updated on any news that we may find out about the new owner of the Roovenholft Asylum.
